Roast duck

| Apple | 1 piece |
| Onion | 0.170 kg |
| Thyme twigs | 3 pieces |
| Salt and pepper | |
| Saltwater to pour over the duck |
Preparation:
- Free the duck from feather residues, remove giblets
- Season on the outside and inside
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them in cubes
- Peel the onions, cut them in cubes mix them with the apples and the thyme and fill the duck with the mixture
- Bind the duck and cook for 1hr 20min on 175°C
- Constantly douse with saltwater
