Pumpkin soup

| Pumpkin from the glass | 0.300 kg |
| Onions | 1 piece |
| White wine | 0.1 ltr |
| beef broth | 0.8 ltr |
| cream | 0.1 kg |
| Butter | 0.040 kg |
| Salt and pepper |
Preparation:
- Cut the pumpkin in cubes and sweat it in butter together with the onions cut in cubes
- Extinguish with white wine
- Fill up with the beef stock and cook for 15 minutesn
- Mix well in a blender
- Add the cream, salt and pepper
